Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a

CDM Principal Designer

. The Principal Designer will be responsible for discharging duties under CDM 2015 and supporting compliance with Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act. The role may require occasional travel across the UK.

Qualifications

NEBOSH Construction Certificate Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Built Environment, or Architecture Expert knowledge of CDM 2015, Building Regulations, and Building Safety Act Knowledge of HTMs, JSPs, HBNs, and other industry-specific technical guidance CMaPS, MCABE, MRICS, or RIBA membership (one or more) Temporary Works Coordinator (desirable but not essential)

Skills

Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple projects effectively Produce Pre-Construction Information Packs Carry out Design Risk Assessments and design appraisals Complete H&S Files and assist with Golden Thread documentation Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other software Strong work ethic, punctual, and a good team player

Requirements

Driving licence Right to work in the UK Minimum 5 years' experience in CDM Willingness to travel when required

Pay: 64,000.00-65,000.00 per year
