The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Planning & delivery of select CDO forums (e.g., town halls, BRMs, etc.) including, but not limited to content creation, preparation, coordination, rehearsals, and facilitation
  • Analyze business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new/ alternate approaches
  • Lead select smaller and less complex CDO programs and projects (e.g., CDO conference, employee onboarding, etc.)
  • Support select CDO Program Managers and related, more complex CDO programs as requested (e.g., Provider of Choice CEO Award Management, MS Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage and other CDO channel management)
  • Create and/or facilitate standard operating editing, approval and posting procedures for consistent and professional CDO-related team communications (e.g., new associate announcements, etc.) across CDO-managed channels
  • Collect, assemble, and present structured analysis of global, regional & functional requirements and propose solutions which aim to meet the needs
  • Contribute to development of program management strategy for CDO projects, initiatives, and communities
  • Plan and ensure delivery of measures as per required quality standard, on time and on budget
  • Lead prioritization of actions & workstreams, review program management, monitor progress and status and present in various CDO managed forums
  • Execute ongoing reporting and ensure identification of risks and implementation of mitigation actions and resolutions in a timely manner
  • Periodically re-evaluate and adjust goals, ensure alignment with concurrent projects and support implementation of results
  • Mailings, expense processing, organizational chart maintenance, distribution list management and other administrative tasks in support of Global Strategy & Programs and broader Global CDO Organization
  • Administer effective governance structures to support internal project, event & initiative implementation
  • Support other programs and program managers, as needed

What are we looking for from you?

Essential
  • Superior communication skills, (written and verbal) - ability to comfortably and succinctly present to a diverse set of senior leadership team members
  • Highly proficient in both written and verbal communications in both English and German Language
  • PowerPoint & MS Teams & SharePoint skills required
  • Proven experience supporting Program OR Project Management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, or related field
Beneficial
  • Proven working experience in a large, matrixed organization, leading senior cross-functional stakeholders including sales, marketing, sectors, products, sales operations, operations, finance, and Human Resources
  • Professional project management certification (e.g. PMI, PMP)
  • Experience within supply chain
  • Experience in sales, marketing and/or product development
  • Experience in consultancy
