We are seeking a skilled and passionate CDP to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive kitchen experience and a strong background in food production and preparation. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your skills will be essential in fostering a positive team environment while delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation processes.
Work alongside staff, providing support during Prep and service
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Maintain high standards of presentation for all dishes served.
Open/Close the kitchen maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment.
Food Hygiene Level 2
FSA Allergen awareness
Heightened knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary trends.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and front-of-house staff.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
