Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to established recipes and standards Assist in the planning and execution of daily menu items Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times Support with meal presentation and garnishing to ensure visual appeal Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as required Adhere to health and safety policies to prevent accidents or contamination

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a professional kitchen environment is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management Experience working in a restaurant or catering setting is advantageous Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and culinary skills such as chopping, sauteing, baking, and plating Serving experience is beneficial but not essential; willingness to learn on the job is valued

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
