Duties

Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to specified recipes and standards Assist in the organisation and maintenance of the kitchen workspace, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance Support meal preparation for various service periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to during food handling and storage Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and high-quality service to customers Maintain a professional attitude while serving customers, including taking orders and providing excellent customer service when required

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation A genuine passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional food experiences
