About the Role
As Cellar Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring every pint we serve is in perfect condition. You'll oversee the cellar operation, maintain stock rotation, manage deliveries, and ensure all beers and lines are kept to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with the general manager and bar team to keep everything running smoothly and uphold our reputation for outstanding beer.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the cellar and beer lines
Line cleaning, conditioning, and maintaining cask and keg beer quality
Receiving and storing deliveries efficiently
Stock management and rotation
Monitoring cellar temperatures and hygiene standards
Supporting the management team with beer selection and events (e.g. tap takeovers, festivals)
Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations
About You
Previous cellar experience in a real ale venue (essential)
Strong knowledge of cask ale handling and cellar hygiene
Passionate about quality beer and excellent service
Reliable, organised, able to work independently and follow instruction
Great communication and teamwork skills
