Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cellar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cellar, ensuring that all processes related to food production and beverage management are executed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for hospitality, with a background in culinary arts or bartending. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of our offerings while fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities



Supervise and manage the cellar operations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Oversee drink safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and cleaning standards. Coordinate drink production processes, maintaining high quality and presentation standards. Train and mentor staff on best practices in drink handling, preparation, and service. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the cellar area and bar, adhering to hygiene standards. Complete weekly beer line clean. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience through exceptional service.

Requirements



Proven experience in team management within a hospitality or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Background in culinary arts or bartending is highly desirable. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
