About The Role





As a Central Archiving Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting on the delivery of the firms archiving as part of the Central Archiving team. You will work closely with the facilities teams and with stakeholders to ensure all archiving requirements are fulfilled.


Day to day, you'll be successful in this role by:


Support with Archiving destruction project (reviewing file/box information digitally for retention accuracy, retrieving physical files for review, reboxing for destruction/retention, updating PMS to reflect changes) Maintaining accurate Archiving records (various systems inc. 3E) Support in meeting Archiving ISO standards Ensure documented processes are adhered to - suggest improvements Observe confidentiality in all matters both internal and external and maintain an awareness of the need for data protection Occasional support with BAU Archiving filing and retrieval (Inc. Incoming files, outgoing files, 'gone away files', New matter labels, Deeds in & out, new registrations)
