Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team at ePlan Energy in Dudley, Birmingham and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our plumbing and heating projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety, contributing to our commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys to assess plumbing and heating requirements. Prepare detailed reports and documentation based on survey findings. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure project specifications are met. Provide expert advice on materials and methods for plumbing installations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of surveys and project progress. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates. Assist in training junior staff on surveying techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role in the plumbing or heating industry. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation practices. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Excellent mechanical knowledge with problem-solving skills. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills for client interactions. Preferably gas qualified
