Key responsibilities
We are seeking a Central Sales Executive to join the business in this newly created role.
Working closely with potential customers, agents and brokers, and colleagues across the business, you will act as the first point of contact for incoming leads. Your goal is to qualify the lead and schedule a tour, ensuring we have all the information relevant for the tour with the GM or sales lead at location.
Relationship building is key within this role - from the first call onward, you will look out for the details to understand what matters to the client, qualifying the lead and passing it on to your location team colleagues with all the information they need to conduct a great tour and close the deal.
