About the Role
Looking for a role where organisation meets creativity? Join our central Marketing Team and support the Executive Team, departments, and schools with administration, digital content, and communications. If you're organised, digitally confident, and enjoy a role where every day is different, this could be the perfect next step.
What You'll Do
Below are just some of the duties you will be involved in:
Manage central inboxes, coordinate diaries and support meeting organisation
Provide professional administrative support across HR, Finance, Education and central operations
Produce agendas, minutes and branded presentations
Support Trust events, conferences and central communications
Help manage and update Trust and school websites and intranet
Assist with the new website rollout project
Support with social media scheduling and creation of digital/print marketing materials
Coordinate and book photographers/videographers for Trust projects
Who you Are
You will be a great fit if you are:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Skilled in written communication and digital tools such as google workspace
Experience using Canva, Visme or similar design tools is desirable but not essential
Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Comfortable liaising with colleagues at all levels
Eager to learn new systems and develop professionally
Friendly, supportive and aligned with Maritime's ethos and values
