Upon successful completion of a six-month probationary period, salary will increase to 27,500 per year.

Job Overview


The Centre Coordinator plays a key role in the smooth running of our training operations and centre, acting as the first point of contact for trainers, delegates, and awarding bodies. This position ensures courses are well-organised, documentation is compliant, and both delegates and clients receive a first-class experience from initial enquiry through to certification.

Responsibilities



Awarding Body Coordination:



Maintain centre documentation in line with awarding body requirements (NEBOSH, IOSH, SIAS, GQA, Qualsafe). Register courses with awarding bodies, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Book exams with awarding bodies where required. Registered delegates with awarding bodies as appropriate. Upload results to awarding bodies and track certificates, ensuring timely distribution to delegates/clients. Attend and minute centre coordination meetings.

Delegate and Client Support:



Respond to course enquiries by phone and email, professionally and promptly. Prepare and send joining instructions for upcoming courses. Liaise with accounts for invoicing requirements. Greet delegates on arrival and assist with any issues during training. Collect and record delegate feedback, escalating actions where required.

Trainer and Course Support:



Act as a first-line support for trainers, preparing training packs and resources. Book training rooms, order food, and ensure supplies (stationery, refreshments) are maintained. Prepare training rooms, lay out materials, and refresh tea/coffee and water throughout the day. Invigilate exams as required (training provided).

Administration and Compliance:



Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and data protection requirements. Upload employee training materials and certification records to relevant systems. Book internal/external training for staff and issue delegate information packs.

Marketing and Communication:



Support marketing activity via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other mediums where required. Represent Reynolds Training Services in a professional and welcoming manner as a front-of-house contact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
