To be responsible for the overall management and development of a serviced office environment, ensuring effective sales, operations, client satisfaction, and facility maintenance to support business growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
To deliver all aspects of sales, marketing and operational activities for the office to attract and retain clients, co-working space clients and uptake of onsite meeting room facilities.
To develop and maintain a marketing strategy that uses a range of media to raise the profile of the centre.
To ensure that all licence agreements, and invoices are issued to clients in a timely and effective manner.
Keeping track of clients outstanding debt, contacting debtors for payments.
To ensure that a professional and efficient service is delivered to attain high levels of customer satisfaction.
To effectively monitor, implement and develop all systems, including telephony and IT services, to a basic level, in order to ensure delivery of these services to the clients.
Ensure that the offices are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, repair, safety and security.
Attend networking events to raise awareness of office and services.
To be responsible for all aspects of health and safety and security for the centre.
Create a calendar of community activities/events to enhance your client engagement
Day to day running of the office - mail handling etc.
Manage a pipeline of sales through management of leads, working alongside external brokers/agents.
Any other duties required by the Company.

Strong problem-solving skills combined with ability to deliver effective and sustainable solutions in a continuously changing environment.
Previous experience in a similar role within the serviced office, property, or facilities management sector is essential.
Health and Safety - First Aid at Work certificate.
Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and outlook).
Full UK Driving Licence.
