Job Description

  • Communicating appropriately and effectively with students who have significant communication difficulties using media, spoken, sign, written, gestural and intuitive.
  • Communicating appropriately with colleagues and visitors.
  • Being able to seek out information and disseminate to others.
  • Being able to take accurate, clear and concise minutes of meetings.
  • Being able to communicate appropriately with colleagues, suppliers, and external agencies
  • Being able to operate a range of office equipment such as photocopiers, laminators etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and other data bases to produce a variety of letters, documents etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Able to prioritise your own workload. * Experience of working within a team. * Able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
