Pasta King is seeking a highly capable and experienced CEO

to assume full responsibility for overseeing personnel, financial planning, and operational performance. This pivotal leadership role involves setting strategic direction, managing organisational resources, and implementing policies that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong leadership acumen, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture. You will be instrumental in guiding our teams toward achieving their full potential while ensuring the company's financial objectives are consistently met.

This is a key appointment that will contribute significantly to the continued success and expansion of Pasta King.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day production whilst ensuring a clean, safe working environment compliant with regulations. Apply business insight to advance the organisation's goals, understanding the marketplace and industry dynamics. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses. Optimise work processes, identifying effective and efficient methods with a focus on continuous improvement.

Skills

3 years proven experience as a CEO or in a similar senior role. Knowledge and 5 years' experience of business process and functions including (Health and Safety, Food Production, Finance, HR, procurement, Technical, Stores, etc.) Degree qualification, or equivalent experience Industry experience in food manufacturing or related sectors is advantageous
