We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality while providing comprehensive support to the executive team.
Requirements:
Driving licence and ability to drive.
Strong English communication skills.
Knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel, Word, Zoom.
Monday-Friday, with flexibility evenings/weekends if needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendar and meetings.
Handle emails and phone calls.
Organise travel, guest pickups (including airport).
Support family logistics (e.g. school pick-ups).
Light reporting and bookkeeping.
Qualifications
Proven administrative experience in an office setting, preferably supporting senior management.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial management is advantageous.
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
