West Lothian Chamber of Commerce is seeking a

Chamber Manager

to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting local businesses, delivering high-impact events, and shaping the future of the Chamber.

What You'll Be Doing:



Overseeing daily operations and administration of the Chamber and Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) office

Leading and supporting a small, dedicated team

Supporting finance manager using Xero (including reconciliations, VAT returns, and annual accounts)

Planning and delivering engaging events, including our flagship awards

Driving marketing efforts across social media, newsletters, and our website

Supporting and growing our membership base

Coordinating exciting projects like the Mitsubishi "Pump It Up" school challenge

What We're Looking For:



Essential:



Proven experience in office management and team leadership

Strong organisational and event planning skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Financial literacy and experience with budgeting/reporting

Proficiency in CRM and office software

Desirable:



Experience in a membership-based or not-for-profit organisation

Knowledge of local business networks and economic development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
