We are responsible for providing software testing services for our internal and external clients. We work collaboratively with development, operations, and support teams across our company. We are working towards automating our manual tests as a whole team which would give you the opportunity to learn this exciting new testing field as part of your job.


We are a medium size team with a supportive and friendly culture. We deliver a high-quality software testing service to our clients. Whether you are starting out in your career or looking to build on existing experience, we will provide you with training on the job. We also offer all new starters on the job training where you can shadow a more experienced team member to build your knowledge and confidence. Even when you are fully up and running, we do not expect you to know all the answers to the queries, we are always on hand to help.


What You'll Be Doing



Release Management



Plan and coordinate software releases across multiple platforms. Work with dev, QA, ops, and business teams to ensure smooth, timely releases. Maintain release calendars and communicate plans clearly to stakeholders.

Change Management



Apply ITIL best practices to manage change processes. Review and assess change requests for impact and risk. Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and track approvals.

Environment Management



Oversee the setup and stability of development, test, and staging environments. Ensure environments reflect production as closely as possible. Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues with support teams.

What We're Looking For



Strong communication and analytical skills. Experience in Change, Environment, or Release Management. Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM ways of working. ITIL Foundation certification or working knowledge of ITIL.
