This role is integral to delivering strategic change initiatives, whether through managing multiple concurrent projects or leading large, complex programmes. Collaborating across regions and functions, including global project teams, you'll drive innovation, champion operational excellence, and ensure unmatched customer experiences.
To be successful as a Change Delivery Manager, you should have experience with:
Proven experience as a seasoned Change Professional, ideally within financial services or a similar complex environment.
Strong background in Risk and Control frameworks, with the ability to navigate governance requirements.
Expertise in business and process analysis, coupled with a high level of data insight capability.
Be able to Identify, understand and manage competing priorities.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing complex change programmes.
Ability to analyse complex data sets and interpret and present findings.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in dynamic, high-pressure settings.
Hands-on experience in Change Management frameworks and their practical application in large organisations.
