As a Change Delivery Manager, you will assess existing processes across Barclays Head Office functions and address inefficiencies in current workflows. Using your innovation combined with your strategic-thinking you will identify opportunities to improve current processes, working to the Barclays Agile framework . As an advocate of simplification, accountability, and problem-solving, you will drive business change and streamline operations by introducing effective controls and enabling colleagues to work more efficiently. This role will involve; process mapping and documentation, change tracking and reporting, and continuous improvement. You will inspire cross-teams collaboration to ensure changes are embedded and measurable.
To be successful as a Change Delivery Manager, you should have experience with:
