JOB TITLE: Change Implementation Assistant- Business Delivery SALARY: 39,825 - 42,047 (Depending on experience) LOCATION: Leeds, Halifax. HOURS: Full Time, 35 hours- per week WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this opportunity:
An innovative change implementation assistant who enables the success of colleague execution of the General Insurance Customer Operation and LBG's policies and procedures.
Accountable for designing and executing business content and curriculum content across the division, archetypes and platforms, working across multiple projects supporting the onboarding of new colleagues and new ways of working following operational change.
As part of the content design this includes effective stakeholder management and meticulous governance oversight to ensure material designed is compliant and maintains its relevancy.
Key accountabilities:
Design learning content for the General Insurance Customer Operations portfolio of colleagues across varying roles whilst creating a best-in-class experience for the learner
Undertake the E2E management of learning products and curriculums including colleague induction, upskill within roles and roll out of any new operational or business changes.
Reporting, risk management, governance and evaluation.
Embrace a culture that is fully inclusive, focuses on agility and pace to continually improve and create efficiencies.
Identify opportunities to continually improve through data analysis.
Have a high level of technical knowledge of authoring tools, systems and processes with an in-depth knowledge of learning science and human centred design
Demonstrate a curious mindset and bring the outside in, including best practise and emerging learning innovation and tools.
