The Role:

We are seeking a Change Manager reporting to the Change Delivery Director.

Candidates will join a team of business change professionals, responsible for driving the new strategic vision set by the Global leadership team. As the Change Manager, the successful candidate will:
  • Lead change management for Transformation-related projects, collaborating closely with teams across the business, including Technology, internal, and third parties.
  • Proactively identify and address anticipated resistance, issues, and risks.
  • Communicate and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes, preparing training documentation & communications.
  • Integrate change management into project and program plans.
  • Consult, train, and coach project teams and team leads on the change process.
  • Ensure user readiness and facilitate sessions to support adoption.
  • Define and measure success metrics at each stage of the change progress.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Create actionable deliverables for communication, sponsorship, coaching, training, and resistance management.
