Summary




We're seeking a Channel Manager based in the UK to grow, manage, and support our reseller and channel partner ecosystem across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities



Channel Growth & Management: Develop and execute strategies to expand our reseller and channel partner network across the world. Partner Enablement: Train, onboard, and continuously support resellers to effectively position and sell our Digital Fashion solutions. Contracting & Negotiation: Lead reseller contract discussions, renewals, and negotiations in alignment with company policies and revenue goals. Joint Marketing & GTM Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to build co-marketing campaigns, launch programs, and go-to-market initiatives with resellers. Performance Management: Set sales targets for partners, track performance metrics, and ensure accountability to revenue and brand goals. Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for key reseller accounts, providing strategic guidance and operational support. Market Insight: Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence from channel partners to inform sales strategy and product roadmap.



Requirements:



Preferred Qualifications



Proven success managing reseller or distribution channels across the globe. Strong contracting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks while meeting deadlines Able to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish objectives Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and outside parties to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results

Education and Experience



5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Business Development, ideally within B2B SaaS, fashion tech, or design software. * Experience in enterprise SaaS is a plus.
