We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate

Passenger Chaperones

to join our team. In this vital role, you'll support vulnerable passengers--such as individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or additional support requirements--by ensuring they travel safely and comfortably to and from their destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Escort passengers between their homes and destinations (e.g., schools, care centres) Communicate effectively with passengers, families, carers, and service providers Follow individual care/support plans and use appropriate safety equipment Safeguard personal belongings, medication, and money during journeys Accurately report any concerns, incidents, or observations Attend regular training sessions to support professional development

What We're Looking For:

Must be aged 18 or over Friendly, empathetic, and confident working with vulnerable individuals Good communication skills and a professional attitude Able to work independently and within a team Willing to undertake training in physical intervention/restraint if required Committed to upholding safety, dignity, and respect at all times
