Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Entertainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for performance and the ability to captivate an audience through various forms of entertainment. This role requires a blend of creativity, public speaking skills, and the ability to educate and communicate effectively with diverse groups. As an Entertainer, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our audience.

Responsibilities

Perform and lead engaging acts that may include dance, storytelling, and interactive games to entertain audiences of all ages. Communicate effectively with audience members to foster engagement and participation. Stay punctual, reliable and professional. Adapt performances based on audience reactions and feedback to ensure a captivating experience. Maintain a professional appearance and demeaner while performing.

Requirements

Proven experience in performing arts is highly desirable. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage and entertain an audience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. A passion for educating others through entertaining methods. Ability to work flexible hours, excellent weekend availability is required. A positive attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm for entertaining diverse audiences.
The right candidates will need to have performance training, comfortable with applying make up, costumes and accessories. They will need to be outgoing, reliable, and great with children. They must have reliable transportation (access to a car) and excellent weekend availability. After training, will need to be confident in leading groups of children through parties and events with entertainment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 8 per week
