Job Description
We are currently looking for a Chargehand to work on our Civils project outside Inverness
We are seeking an experienced Construction Chargehand to join our team. This role involves supervising a small group of operatives on-site, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standard, safely, and in line with project deadlines. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, and able to lead by example.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate a team of site operatives.
Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
Report progress, issues, and requirements to site management.
Read and interpret site drawings and instructions.
Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
Motivate and support the team to meet deadlines.
You must have a current valid CSCS card as well as an SSSTS
50-60 Hrs per week
This is a PAYE Position
