Charity administrator - Dentaid
Duties
Providing a reception service for telephone callers and visitors.
Responding to email inquiries and managing the reception inbox.
Supporting Dentaid's UK Volunteering Manager including arranging and onboarding volunteers for UK projects and inputting information.
Support UK clinics with the production of clinic paperwork, DBS checks and Reference requests
Updating the Salesforce database with volunteers' details
Booking hotels, car hire and assisting with travel arrangements.
Sending acknowledgment and thank you letters.
Filing, record keeping, postage and general office duties.
Providing admin support for the UK clinics team.
As required attending Dentaid clinics to assist with the smooth running of UK projects. This could include taking medical histories, providing general assistance
Representing Dentaid and talking to callers, visitors and others about the charity, its projects and impact.
Assist the on boarding of volunteers and admin of our BrightBites activity
