The Role



Skyeline Marketing are one of Glasgow's leading Sales and Marketing companies, currently focusing on and representing a number of incredible clients and we are recruiting for confident, ambitious and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team of Charity Fundraisers and Team on a self-employed basis. You will engage with members of the public in several locations, including shops and business to business, encouraging them to make regular donations. This role is ideal for both experienced fundraisers and motivated individuals looking to start a rewarding career in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Represent charities and inspire members of the public to support life-changing causes Conduct face-to-face conversations in Glasgow city centre and surrounding areas Achieve realistic personal and team fundraising targets Motivate and support fellow fundraisers if in a leadership role Maintain the highest professional standards and excellent customer service

Candidate Requirements



We welcome applications from both seasoned professionals and newcomers. To be successful, you should:

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be confident, outgoing, and able to engage people from all backgrounds Demonstrate strong sales and negotiation abilities (preferred but not essential) Be resilient, motivated, and enthusiastic Be reliable, hard-working, and target-driven Be able to commute to Glasgow City Centre when required Can work flexible full-time hours, optional weekend work available.

What We Offer



Competitive Pay & Uncapped Commission

- up to 70 per sign-up; average 3,200/month, top performers 4,000+.
