Help Foundation, a registered charity, is looking for a
Fundraiser
to help raise funds through events, campaigns, and donor engagement while promoting the organization's mission and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize fundraising events (donation drives, charity dinners, marathons, online campaigns)
Identify and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners
Manage donation records and donor databases
Promote fundraising campaigns through social media, email, and outreach
Communicate the charity's mission and impact clearly
Prepare reports on funds raised and campaign performance
Ensure transparency and ethical fundraising practices
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasion and relationship-building ability
Event planning and coordination
Basic financial record-keeping
Social media and digital marketing knowledge
Organisational and time-management skills
Qualifications
No strict formal qualification required (varies by organisation)
Experience in sales, marketing, events, or nonprofit work is helpful
Passion for social causes is essential
