Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors
- Plan and execute fundraising events, including coordinating logistics and securing sponsorships
- Create compelling fundraising campaigns and materials to engage donors and supporters
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives through various channels
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, sponsors, and supporters
- Maintain regular communication with donors to steward relationships and provide updates on impact
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising or a related field
- Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to effectively market and promote fundraising initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
