Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative fundraising campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
Manage donor databases using CRM software, including 'Raiser's Edge', to track engagement and donations.
Organise and participate in community events, outreach programmes, and public relations activities to raise awareness of organisational objectives.
Engage potential donors through personalised communication, presentations, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials that highlight organisational needs and successes.
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience that encourages ongoing support.
Monitor fundraising progress and prepare reports for senior management on campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or relationship management within the non-profit sector is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly 'Raiser's Edge', is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of fundraising principles, public relations strategies, and donor engagement techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire confidence and build rapport.
Ability to organise multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
