Are you an experienced venue fundraiser with a passion for making a real difference? We're looking for proven professionals to step into a

Team Leader / Line Manager

role and help drive success across our dynamic fundraising teams.

We currently have venues available across the UK and are looking for experienced, right-fit fundraisers to take on and grow these locations--either working independently or with the goal of building and leading a team or region.

You can expect

Fast track to team leading with proven experience Management support and training A negotiable wage, never lower than 12.60 per hour (up to 20p/h) Commission Only Roles Available up to 70 Per Signup Flexible hours, 30-35 hours per week (senior positions expected to be filled on a full-time basis) Team/KPI bonuses Personal bonuses

We're looking for

A minimum of 6 months experience fundraising (door to door, street or venues) A full time commitment for team leading roles Ability to hit own targets whilst maintaining team targets A motivated personality Fundraising team leading/management
Please note: You will be expected to fundraise alongside your team as a team leader.
