Salary:

28,548 - 30,744 per annum (depending on experience) inclusive of 5% High Cost Area Allowance


Hours:

Full time, 40 hours per week (within a 7-day trading week)


Overview of role





St Clare Hospice is a charity that provides specialist palliative care to patients and families in West Essex and the East Hertfordshire borders.



Our Takeley shop is in a great location with easy drop off for donations and parking. The shop is open 7 days a week and sells clothes and our usual array of wonderful bric-a-brac.



We are looking for a creative retailer to lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers in delivering exceptional customer service to our supporters, donors and customers. You will be diligent in daily compliance across health and safety in the workplace and compliance of Retail gift aid processing to maximise the income at every opportunity.
