Our clients often require advanced corporate and tax structuring -- from holding companies and group structures to tax-efficient profit extraction and investment planning.

As part of our expansion alongside our wealth advisory partners, we're seeking a highly experienced

Corporate Structuring & Business Tax Specialist

to assist with complex business and investment cases on a flexible, as-needed basis.

Role Overview:



You will work closely with our accounting team and financial advisors to design and implement efficient company structures for UK clients. This role is ideal for a

CTA, ACA, or ACCA-qualified accountant

with extensive experience in corporate tax planning and restructuring.

You'll advise on business reorganisations, holding companies, SPVs, and corporate tax strategies to help clients manage wealth, growth, and exit planning effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Advise clients on

group and holding company structures

,

SPVs

, and

investment companies

. Support corporate reorganisations, including

demergers

,

share-for-share exchanges

, and

incorporations

. Identify

tax-efficient profit extraction

methods for directors and shareholders. Optimise

corporation tax

,

capital gains tax

, and

dividend structures

. Work with other specialists (inheritance tax, international tax) on integrated wealth and business planning strategies. Review existing client structures and recommend improvements for tax efficiency and compliance. Stay updated on HMRC legislation, company law, and corporate tax developments.

Key Requirements:



CTA

,

ACA

,

ACCA

, or equivalent qualification. Minimum

5+ years' experience

advising on corporate tax and structuring. Proven record of advising

SMEs

family businesses

, and

investment groups

. Strong knowledge of

group relief

,

capital gains

,

share schemes

, and

corporate reorganisations

. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Professional and dependable, with the ability to collaborate remotely.

Desirable Skills:



Experience advising on

company formations

cross-border structuring

. Familiarity with

EIS

SEIS

, and

share option schemes

. Understanding of

property investment companies

and

holding structures

. Confidence in participating in joint planning sessions or client meetings.
