We are recruiting for a Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join our Real Estate team in Bristol. This position is offered on a full-time basis and would best suit a legal professional from a real estate background, looking for a new role with opportunity for progression.

Your Role

As a key addition to the team, day to day you will be involved with:


High volume work within the Real Estate Services team dealing with residential purchases for Housing Associations, Developers and others Freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and other estate management work for commercial real estate clients e.g. licences to assign, lease renewals Project work e.g. large-scale due diligence for refinancing, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, lease reports Providing all our clients with a high-quality service in accordance with the Firm's procedures Maintaining and improving relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offer Achieving targets set by the Firm

Your Skills & Experience

This role would suit an experienced Paralegal, Legal Assistant or Legal Executive with the following:


A legal background in commercial or residential property Strong file management skills communication, drafting skills and billing A good eye for detail and ability to juggle a busy and varied workload Excellent communication skills as this role has a high volume of interaction via the telephone An enthusiastic and collaborative approach to work A desire to learn and develop legal skills in the area of development, housing and commercial property
