Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging cheerleading sessions for children aged 5-11.
Introduce a mix of cheer, dance and simple stunts appropriate to beginners.
Promote a safe and supportive environment, following all safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.
Encourage confidence, teamwork, and enjoyment in every session.
Set up and pack away equipment as required.
Requirements
Minimum
UKCA or BCA Level 1 Cheerleading qualification
(essential).
Experience working with children in a coaching or teaching environment.
Enthusiastic, approachable, and able to create a fun, inclusive atmosphere.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
First Aid qualification desirable (training can be provided if needed).
Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: 18.00-22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 per week
