Chef Duties

Assisting with Menu Preparation - Work closely with the Head Chef to develop, plan, and implement new dishes, ensuring they align with the restaurant's concept and meet quality standards. Efficient food preparation and service. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Maintain your own section Ability to think and plan ahead Work with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery. Ability to have a bit of fun at work

Required Skills

Have a strong knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary skills, with the ability to prepare and cook high-quality meals consistently. Have excellent organisational skills to ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishes during busy periods A keen eye for detail in food preparation, presentation, and portion control, ensuring dishes are consistently prepared to the highest standard.
