Duties


- Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food quality meets the highest standards
- Plan and create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes
- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Train and manage kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements


- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
- Proficient in all aspects of food production and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-16.00 per hour
