Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food production and kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by promoting teamwork and open communication among kitchen personnel.
Skills
Proven experience in a Chef role within hospitality industry.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing teams.
Excellent knowledge of food production techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both food preparation and presentation.
