Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Assist in the management of kitchen budgets and cost control measures.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate kitchen staff. Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and production is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
