Summary
A rare opportunity to join the team as a talented Chef in our dynamic kitchen team at the Cow & Oak. Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support as needed.
Contribute to menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant or pub setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
