Hours:

32 hours per week, on a rota basis including weekends

The Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable

Chef de Partie

to join our dedicated kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef with experience and creativity to contribute to our growing restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with company recipes and standards Oversee a specific section of the kitchen and ensure it runs smoothly at all times Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness throughout the kitchen Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as required Assist in menu planning, daily specials and the development of new dishes Train and support junior members of the kitchen team Ensure compliance with all food safety, health and safety, and allergen regulations Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure an excellent customer experience

About You

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation and hygiene standards Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to delivering consistently high standards Flexibility to work weekends and on a rota basis Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum) required
