We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partieto join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Chef de partie, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food preparation
Assist in the training of new kitchen staff as needed
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report any shortages to the kitchen manager
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is essential
Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
