Recruiting for a reliable and experienced CDP to work alongside the kitchen team to contribute to the daily kitchen activities, including aiding with menu preparation and ensuring food quality and freshness.

YOU...

Are dedicated and passionate about food... an interest in Scottish food and utilising local produce is a plus.

Have at least two years experience in a CDP position
