We are seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and committed to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in meal preparation and ensuring that all food safety standards are met while contributing to a positive kitchen atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and seasoning.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring all cooking areas are tidy and well-stocked.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure that all meals are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in the kitchen.

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred but not essential.
