to join our kitchen team. Set within a luxury estate renowned for exceptional dining, weddings, and events, this role is ideal for a chef who takes pride in fresh, seasonal ingredients and high standards of presentation and consistency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen, supporting the senior chefs, and contributing to the delivery of outstanding culinary experiences across our weddings and events.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of your assigned section
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards in line with menu specifications
Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen standards at all times
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu development and daily service requirements
Supervise and mentor Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters as required
Ensure correct stock rotation, portion control, and minimal food waste
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
Experience in a high-quality restaurant, hotel, or events kitchen preferred
Strong knowledge of fresh food preparation and modern cooking techniques
Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen compliance
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
