Cylla, located in the iconic Cornwall Buildings in Birmingham's Colmore Business District, is seeking talented individuals to join our team.

Cylla is more than just a restaurant; it's a celebration of Greek culture, cuisine, and hospitality. Inspired by the legendary Greek sea monster Scylla, our venue offers a unique dining experience that blends authentic Greek flavours with contemporary gastronomy. From our Mediterranean-inspired cocktails to our elegant interiors that nod to Greek architecture, every detail is designed to transport our guests to the shores of the Greek islands.
