We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a CDP you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, Contributing new ideas to the menu, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
Requirements
Previous kitchen experience is essential; restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in meal preparation.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
