We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team at The White Horse.

With three award-winning restaurants across the north-west of England, including Sticky Walnut, Chester and Wreck in Liverpool. Elite Bistros focus on special but accessible food accompanied by relaxed yet assured service; our pub is no different.

We are situated in the beautiful village of Churton on the Cheshire/Wales border. The White Horse, built in the early 19th century, has been stripped back to it's former glory to champion its open fireplaces and cosy corners. Along with the refurbishment comes a brand-new, state of the art kitchen and cellar waiting to prepare and serve great food and ales.

This role would suit a hardworking, friendly individual with a passion for fresh produce. Somebody that takes a great sense of personal pride from doing the best they can do and enjoys the hustle and bustle of a busy hospitality workplace.

As Chef De Partie your main aim will be to maintain the highest possible standards of food preparation and service in line with the standards set out by Elite Bistros and your head chef. You will aid the head and sous chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and service. You will need to be competent in running a section of the kitchen and take responsibility for all of your section's preparation, ordering and other daily duties.

With a huge focus on in-house, freshly prepared food. Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not necessary. We carry out continuous on-the-job training, so a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills will be your most valued attributes.

Salary is projected at 32,000 OTE (inclusive of projected tips and/or service charge) Basic salary is 26,000 p.a. over a four day working week.
