We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our culinary team for Aviation catering Company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a CDP, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all food safety standards are met while contributing to a fast-paced production.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and measuring.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning equipment and utensils after use.
Experience
Previous experience in a aviation industry of cooking or commercial kitchen environment is not mandatory but preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in meal preparation.

Training Certificates as a Chef De Partie in Health & Hygiene or an equivalent license.
